Shipping

What shipping methods do we use?

We offer 2 different shipping methods with Priority shipping being the default for each order. Our other option is Priority Express which is a 1-2 day delivery guarantee.

Orders are shipped domestically at a flat rate no matter the weight. More details below. using either Priority Mail OR Priority Express, flat rate no matter your location (Claims 1-3 Business days but MAY and occasionally take another day or so.

  • Priority Mail; flat rate no matter your location (Claims 1-3 Business days but MAY and occasionally take another day or so. Flat rate for all orders $10.50 ALWAYS unless free shipping coupons or deals are happening.
    • Express shipping is the other option you may choose upon checkout for $40 Flat. These orders will always be prioritized as long as they come in on time. After Express it is simply whoever has ordered first, gets their tracking information along with a email thanking you for your order and that the payment has been successful. Expect a tracking # within 24 hrs aside from Sundays! Delivery occurs within 1-2 days. From experience 3 days is NOT uncommon.     • We will try our hardest to find any missing mail worst case scenario although once scanned in by the courier it is officially out of our hands. In that case we will gladly offer a coupon or try to fix any possible issues going on.
  • IF YOUR PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVES JUST SEND US AN EMAIL WITH THE ORDER # this way we can navigate and diagnose what went wrong or if anything is incorrect
  • We do NOT ship internationally and do NOT ship to certain states. Please keep this in mind. This is dependent on Do NOT place an order if your state is listed on the product(s) page!

When will my order be shipped?

Our shipping schedule is mentioned above being Monday thru Saturday, any order placed BEFORE 4 P.M EST  Excluding Saturdays where orders must be placed before 11 A.M EST. will receive a tracking number plus an update on tracking relatively soon after paying for your order. 

  • A late Friday order will culminate to being shipped out on Saturdays. Any order placed before 11 A.M EST on a SATURDAY  will be shipped same day. To ship within 24 hours after placing your order.
  • Carrier is not open on Sundays. All orders placed on Saturdays (depending on the time they have been placed ie: After the cut-off time) may not ship until Monday. This is when your tracking number will be provided and emailed to you. Note: The order may have tracking from Saturday night but they may not get scanned or picked-up till Monday, so no updates till then
  • Most orders take 2-4 days for delivery when using Priority shippinglthough your tracking number will be E-Mailed to you same day,

Payments

What payments do we accept?

  • Currently, we only accept payments in the form of Bitcoin (BTC) with our payment gateway system. We will be accepting other cryptocurrencies specifically XMR (Monero), BTC LN (Lightning), LTC, and last Zelle also for fiat. in the near future. After sending your payment, it is not necessary to send a confirmation email. Our system automatically assigns a different wallet address to each order to keep both order and payment synchronized. Please ensure you are using the correct wallet address provided to you after placing your order. Zelle / other payment methods are being worked upon. Cash App (using Bitcoin) is recommended. Do not send from an exchange IE: Coinbase, Kraken, so on just to name a few.

How do I place my order?

  • To place an order, select the product(s), read our legal disclaimer, and go through checkout.
  • After filling out your delivery address and selecting shipping and payment method, you'll be directed to a screen where you'll be provided a wallet address. Send the funds from your wallet to the wallet address listed / QR code listed on the invoice. Or simply tap/click on the address starting with bc1. The order will then be marked as 'Processing' allowing us to update it with valid tracking.

How do I use crypto? What's the easiest method?

  • Cash-App is the easiest way to purchase and send BTC. Make sure you scan the QR code provided during check-out or copy the address correctly to send to.

  • Customer service email is open 9A.M-9P.M Monday-Friday and a bit on Saturday from 9A.M-11:00A.M EST. Emails on Sundays are not responded too until the following business day/Monday. Please give us up to 24 hours to respond to your inquiry/request.

Why order research chemicals?

  • Research chemicals have a wide range of potential applications. Post-Order information

What do I do after I made my payment?

  • After sending your payment for you order, our gateway system auto detects an order was placed. You get an invoice receipt for your purchase, THEN, once our team manually confirms payment was received *this can take up to 24 hours if our system shows the order was not paid in full.* We reach out if that is the case.
  • Invoice sent to email is including but not limited to the total cost, research material seleced, quantity, tracking # etc.
  • It's extremely important to type in the correct E-Mail when placing an order for communication if needed.

Do I need to put in my real phone number?

  • No. Although it is easier if you aren't answering you E-Mail, phone we will rarely send messages. Or you can also put a secondary E-Mail address in place of it if you are not comfortable giving out any phone number information.
  • Newsletters (can be opted out of in seconds) would be occasionally sent out by sales/admin@sunnysideresearchstore.net ONLY including promotions, discounts, and benefits.
  • Discord/Telegram will be created shortly for site updates, and so on (downtime) or vacation time.

Re-Shipping/Refunds

I received the incorrect material/did not receive it at all. Do I qualify for a refund or a replacement? 

  • Please E-Mail us at Admin@SunnysideResearchStore.net preferably or Sales@SunnysideResearch.net for problems with your order. Depending on the problem we do re-ship, ALL situational.
  • For refunds we will simply email you.
  • Any issues at all, make sure your email includes the email associated with the account / one used in conjunction with your order, or order # along with date. The more information the better to help us expedite your process. These will change over time so please return to our FAQ page every so often!
